MANSFIELD, PA (April 2020) First Citizens Community Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Amberleigh Packard, the newest Business Development officer in their Bradford County market. Her addition reinforces FCCB’s focus on the small business community. FCCB is the #1 Small Business Lender in Bradford County according to the FFIEC.

Packard’s experience will provide support and leadership to the Towanda market. Prior to joining FCCB, Packard was a Financial Specialist with AgChoice Farm Credit, worked for the Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association as an Industry Imagine and Relations Manager, and with Penn State Extension as the Bradford County 4-H Educator. She attended Indiana University of PA majoring in Communications Media, and has her MBA from Delaware Valley College. Packard spends her time outside of the office volunteering at the Troy Rotary Club and participating in the Bradford County Dairy Princess Promotion Program.
