Randy Black – CEO & President
Our commitment starts at the top. Randy is a farmer at heart growing up on his grandfather's farm and raising dairy cows today. He has over 25 years of experience in Ag Banking and serves on the PA Bankers Agricultural and Rural Issues Advisory Committee.
Chris Landis – SVP, Senior Lending Officer
Chris leads our Ag Team. He was raised on a family farm, has been an Ag Banker for over 26 years, and is a member of the Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania.
Erin Cole – VP, Business Development Officer
Erin grew up on her family farm in upstate NY. She and her husband continue to farm today. Erin earned her BS in Animal Science from Cornell University and an AAS in Agricultural Business from SUNY Cobleskill. She has been an Ag Banker for over 14 years and is a member of the Bradford County Dairy Promotion Board.

Blaine Fessler - VP, Ag Lender
Blaine earned his BS in Agronomy from Penn State University. Blaine retired from the US Army Reserves after 30 years and a tour in Iraq where he was awarded the Bronze Star.
Ian Weaver - Jr. Business Development Officer
Ian earned his BS in Agribusiness Management from Penn State University, where he also minored in Agronomy. He grew up on his family's poultry farm in Winfield and is proud to be the 8th generation that has worked on the operation.

Sean McKinney - SVP, Senior Lender
Sean has over 30 years of experience in dairy, swine, beef, and poultry production. He is a graduate of Cornell University Northeast School of Agricultural Lending.
Jason Landis - VP, Ag Lender
Mount Joy, PA
Jason served the Ag community for years in a variety of areas within the industry, including Lending. He graduated with a BS in Business Management from Elizabethtown College. Jason serves as a Vice President on the Lancaster County Farm Bureau Board and actively farms with his family raising crops and cattle. He's also involved in the family milling business, Haldeman Mills.
Benjamin Landis – Jr. Business Development Officer
Benjamin earned his BS in Animal Science/Business Management from Penn State University and worked in dairy and poultry for over10 years. He is still actively involved in dairy farming and an active member in the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau.
Adam Brandt - Business Development Associate
Mount Joy, PA
Adam Brandt grew up on his parents’ sixth-generation, 130-acre dairy farm in Elizabethtown, PA. After graduating from Delaware University with a degree in Agribusiness, Adam worked his family farm while managing a nearby broiler and hog finishing operation. Today, he’s a member of the First Citizens Ag Banking Team, but when he isn’t at the Bank, Adam is helping his family milk cows and tend to the corn, soybeans, barley and hay on their farm. “I’m not just your Ag Banker,” said Adam. “I’m also your fellow farmer.”
Kaitlin Bell - Business Development Associate
Kennett Square, PA
Our new Business Development Associate, Kaitlin Bell, grew up on her family’s beef cattle farm B&R Angus in Nottingham, PA. From the time she was young, Kaitlin knew she wanted to find a career in agriculture. “For me,” said Kaitlin, “Ag Banking perfectly combines my passion for helping farmers with my education and beliefs.” Kaitlin attended Kansas State University, majoring in Agribusiness with a minor in Animal Sciences and Industry. She was named one of the 12 All-American Team Members by the Intercollegiate Livestock Coaches Association.
Nathan Graybeal - Business Development Associate
Nathan Graybeal is eager to help farmers in central Pennsylvania improve their operations and grow their businesses. Like most of our Ag Team, Nathan grew up farming. He graduated from Penn State University with a Major in Animal Science with a Business and Management emphasis. During that time, he also attained minors in Agribusiness Management and Poultry Science.
