Chris leads our Ag Team. He was raised on a family farm, has been an Ag Banker for over 26 years, and is a member of the Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania.

Erin Cole
VP, Ag Lending Team Leader
Troy, PA

Erin grew up on her family farm in upstate NY. She and her husband continue to farm today. Erin earned her BS in Animal Science from Cornell University and an AAS in Agricultural Business from SUNY Cobleskill. She has been an Ag Banker for over 14 years and is a member of the Bradford County Dairy Promotion Board.

“Agriculture shaped me to the person I am today. I believe the future of agriculture is bright and as an Ag Lender I am proud to work with farm families through all the aspects of their business.”

Blaine earned his BS in Agronomy from Penn State University. Blaine retired from the US Army Reserves after 30 years and a tour in Iraq where he was awarded the Bronze Star.

Every day, I witness the resilience and passion of those who work the land, and it's an honor to play a role in supporting their success and the sustainability of our rural communities."

Ian earned his BS in Agribusiness Management from Penn State University, where he also minored in Agronomy. He grew up on his family's poultry farm in Winfield and is proud to be the 8^th generation that has worked on the operation.

“Growing up on a family farm has taught me a lot of valuable life lessons and I know how important the agriculture industry is to not only our community, but our society. Knowing what farmers may go through, because I live it, and by having a personality where I like to help others I figured I would put both together and help the most important industry that helps drive this country.”

Aaron “Luke” Vastine is an eleventh-generation farmer and an Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst in our Winfield Loan Production Office. Today, he and his wife still work the family farm where they embrace their passion for draft horses, grow field crops, Christmas trees, hardy mums, and raise chickens for meat and eggs.

“You don’t have to be a farmer to be a good ag banker, but when you understand farming you can tailor the products and services to the customer in the best way. Some banks back away from ag in tough times, but at First Citizens, that just isn’t our philosophy. We help our customers seek out options, such as diversification, for growth potential and profit improvement, and it’s that kind of commitment that makes all the difference.”

Jessica grew up on her third-generation family farm in Middleburg, PA. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington where she was a member of their field hockey team. Jessica got her start in Ag Banking upon graduation, and quickly realized how much she enjoys working closely with the Ag Community.

Kim Henninger grew up on her family’s beef cattle operation and livestock dealership business in central PA.  She attended Bloomsburg University with a dual major in accounting and business management.  Kim has worked in banking, primarily agriculture credit analysis, for over 16 years.

“I am thankful that I work in a career that allows me to use the values I learned as a farm kid. I understand the joys and discomforts of agriculture life and I enjoy that I can apply my abilities to aid farms so they can continue for generations.”

Sean has over 30 years of experience in dairy, swine, beef, and poultry production. He is a graduate of Cornell University Northeast School of Agricultural Lending.

“Growing up in agriculture has helped me understand the everyday challenges that face our agricultural communities. Continuing to be involved in agriculture allows me to help our customers overcome those challenges so they can be successful and realize their dreams with their families.”

Jason served the Ag community for years in a variety of areas within the industry, including Lending. He graduated with a BS in Business Management from Elizabethtown College. Jason serves as a Vice President on the Lancaster County Farm Bureau Board and actively farms with his family raising crops and cattle. He's also involved in the family milling business, Haldeman Mills. 

“My goal is to advance Agriculture, from a young family taking on their first Ag endeavor to Agribusiness looking to expand and grow, we’re here to help.

Adam Brandt grew up on his parents’ sixth-generation, 130-acre dairy farm in Elizabethtown, PA. After graduating from Delaware University with a degree in Agribusiness, Adam worked his family farm while managing a nearby broiler and hog finishing operation. Today, he’s a member of the First Citizens Ag Banking Team, but when he isn’t at the Bank, Adam is helping his family milk cows and tend to the corn, soybeans, barley and hay on their farm.

“I’m not just your Ag Banker,” said Adam. “I’m also your fellow farmer.”

Our new Business Development Associate, Kaitlin Bell, grew up on her family’s beef cattle farm B&R Angus in Nottingham, PA. From the time she was young, Kaitlin knew she wanted to find a career in agriculture. Kaitlin attended Kansas State University, majoring in Agribusiness with a minor in Animal Sciences and Industry. She was named one of the 12 All-American Team Members by the Intercollegiate Livestock Coaches Association.

“For me,” said Kaitlin, “Ag Banking perfectly combines my passion for helping farmers with my education and beliefs.” 

Lynette grew up on her family dairy farm in Berks County, and today operates two farms with her husband where they raise broiler chickens, dairy replacement heifers, beef cow/calf pairs and cash crops.

I enjoy serving others and am well positioned to support the success and growth of farm families, agribusinesses and small businesses in Lebanon, Berks and Schuylkill Counties!"

Stacie Warner

Stacie earned her BS in General Agriculture from the University of DE. She has worked in Ag lending for over twenty years. Currently, Stacie lives on a small family farm in Sussex County where she grew up.
