Commercial / Finance Administrative Assistant - Corporate Office, Mansfield

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs a variety of administrative assistant duties to support the Chief Lending Officer and COO/CFO, and may also support Controller and Finance Department as needed. Tasks include but are not limited to, typing correspondence, memos, forms and reports, preparing and working with queries, database, and spreadsheets, answering and placing telephone calls, completing and posting interest rate changes weekly, greeting and assisting customers, employees, auditors and examiners, maintaining the record keeping and filing systems, making travel arrangements, gathering and assembling data, doing basic spreads for credit analysis, arranging meetings and conferences, scheduling and recording minutes of meetings, mailings and other items in an accurate and timely manner.  Serves as back-up to the Executive Assistant to Chief Credit Officer.

Assists the BDO in preparing loan files for Loan Central, reviewing loan files for completeness, processing General ledger tickets and on line transactions, creating new files, ordering appraisals and lien searches, sending mortgages, UCC’s, and titles to be recorded at various agencies in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Constructively interacts with other employees by coordinating specific work tasks with others and ensures a smooth and efficient flow of information.

HOURS:

  • Hours will average approximately 38-40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 

  • One year of job-related experience.

Universal Associate I (Teller/New Accounts) - Blossburg Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide timely and courteous service by processing paying and receiving transactions in a professional and efficient manner, answering customer questions and referring customers to the appropriate area in such a manner that customer and department feedback is positive.
  • Efficiently analyzes and assesses customer's financial needs and suggests Bank services that will exceed customer expectations by selling and cross-selling Bank products, obtaining required documents from the customer to open accounts and performing required computer input accurately and in compliance with banking regulation to create and maintain customer records.

Computer Operator (Night) - Mansfield Operations Center

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs and monitors system updates on AS/400, Image System, and other third party systems by ending and making sure day is balanced on image system, transferring files needed for updates between various systems, and starting and monitoring critical system jobs during nightly updates.
  • Creates backups of critical system data nightly during EOD updates. Creates full system backups on a bi-weekly basis and other system saves as needed or requested.  Creates CD backup of all daily capture work. 
  • Print Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports and distribute information as appropriate in an accurate and timely manner. Verifies neatness, accuracy, and report distribution points. 
  • Perform AS/400, Image System, and printer maintenance by ensuring quality control of information, cleaning, changing parts, or contacting maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient operation of equipment in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Create, update and maintain manuals and checklists by gathering and organizing information, then ensuring the accuracy and availability of information for users.
  • Serves as backup for day operator and proof personnel as needed to ensure the processing of items by the end of the day.
  • Perform Cold-Storage by processing report files for others to view in an accurate and timely manner. Backs up Cold-Storage files to CD on a nightly basis. 
  • Perform eStatement and Mobile Deposit enrollments and reviews in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Constructively interacts with co-workers by resolving problems, training individual users and communicating in a positive and constructive manner.     

HOURS:

  • Hours will average approximately 35-40 per week (approximately 3:00 pm to 12:00 am Monday through Friday, plus back-up to day shift and on-call every 5th weekend). May be required to work some holidays and weekends.
