Professional Development Officer - Mansfield Corporate Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops a Strategic Training plan to identify goals and objectives to meet skill development needs and to address those needs for all employees of First Citizens in order to retain and build a high performance workforce.
  • Coordinates product and sales training goals and objectives focused on improving the customer experience by working with Regional Managers, Senior Management, and supports department supervisors to ensure staff is properly equipped to carry out the Bank’s Strategic objectives for growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide timely and courteous service by processing paying and receiving transactions in a professional and efficient manner, answering customer questions and referring customers to the proper department in such a manner that customer and department feedback is positive.

  • Maintain the Bank's computer system (e.g. PCs, servers, printers, network devices) and maximize system availability by responding to outages, investigating and resolving problems in a timely manner.   • Performs a variety of administrative assistant duties to support the Chief Lending Officer. Assists the BDO in preparing loan files for Loan Central, reviewing loan files for completeness, processing General ledger tickets and on line transactions, creating new files, ordering appraisals and lien searches, sending mortgages, UCC's, and titles to be recorded at various agencies in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Constructively interacts with other employees by coordinating specific work tasks with others and ensures a smooth and efficient flow of information.

HOURS:

  • Hours will average approximately 38-40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.

CSC II (Loan/Customer Service Counselor) - Mansfield/Walmart Offices

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate, evaluate, process and administer a portfolio of consumer, commercial and mortgage loans that meet or exceed the Bank's credit quality, profitability, loan growth and service objectives and provide customers with an ability to protect loan payments at minimum costs via credit life and A/H sales in order to contribute to the Bank's consumer lending profit objectives without compromising quality and to minimize customer and Bank loan loss.
