JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electronic Banking Representative I  - Mansfield Operations Center

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform Electronic Banking functions, Performs setup, configuration, maintenance, and customer support of electronic banking products including NetTeller, Bill Pay, Cash Management, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit, Lockbox, Estatement, ATMs, etc. Monitors status of Vantiv ATMRx and iPay systems.  Monitors and researches fraud alerts.  Assists with Electronic Banking projects.

  • Develop and establish new profitable financial relationships, focusing on the small business segment, emphasizing loans, deposits, cash management, trust and investment and other ancillary bank products and services.  Researches and develops targeted leads to develop small business growth.  Interviews prospective customers and gathers all relevant credit and financial data to initiate the credit process and determine if the customer meets the bank’s credit requirements.  May be responsible for performing annual trends.

  • Be operationally efficient by maintaining daily transactions and balances in accordance with the established schedule (usually every other day) by researching outages and balancing the drawer in an accurate and timely manner. Able to research outages quickly and efficiently without assistance.
  • Promote sales culture and referrals by actively participating in and promoting the Bank’s sales culture and participating in the referral process in accordance with customer needs and ensuring involvement in Bank promotions while meeting referral goals.
  • Perform a variety of operational duties by following proper procedures for handling non-sufficient fund and collection items, balancing the ATM, monitoring video camera operations, maintaining the security checklist and various reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Displays a proactive team approach and assists where needed to provide customer service. Communicates and works with others to create an exceptional customer experience. Identifies customer needs and develops solutions to exceed customer goals and expectations. Constructively interacts with co-workers. 

There are four levels within the Universal Associate role.  The Universal Associate I processes transactions and handles cash, vault, ATM responsibilities, etc. as outlined above. Opens and maintains deposit accounts for consumers and businesses and completes all necessary maintenance on customer accounts.

HOURS:

  • Hours will average approximately 38-40 per week and will include working days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. May work in other offices as needed. This position is budgeted for 2,040 hours per year.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 

  • Ability to use a personal computer.
  • Ability to use job-related software programs.
  • Ability to use general office and other job-related equipment such as a telephone, calculator, coin sorter, currency counter, and a copy machine.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational experience. (preferred)
