Sales Representative (Teller/New Accounts) - Walmart/Mansfield Offices

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell Bank products and services by promoting convenience of in-store banking, making in-aisle contact with current and potential customers, determining banking needs, selling products and services to meet identified needs and preparing promotional activities in accordance with established guidelines and as measured by the number of referrals, new accounts opened and achievement of sales goals.
  • Perform Customer Service Counselor duties by determining customer's financial need and suggest Bank services that will satisfy the need, selling and cross-selling Bank products, obtaining required documents from the customer to open accounts and performing required computer input to create and maintain customer files.
  • Perform Customer Service Representative duties by providing customers with professional paying and receiving services in an efficient and accurate manner and in accordance with a defined limit of authority. HOURS:

  • Hours will average approximately 38-40 per week.  Hours will vary and schedule will include working days, evenings, weekends, and most holidays.  May work in other offices as needed.

Recruiting Coordinator - Mansfield Corporate Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares job postings, manages the application process by maintaining applicant resumes/applications, and distributes resumes/applications to appropriate supervisors. Prepares interview packets and coordinates interview with appropriate supervisors. Coordinates new hire onboarding process including orientation, employee paperwork, technology and other support tools. 
  • Establishes relationships with traditional and non-traditional recruitment sources, ensuring applicable recruitment sources are in compliance with affirmative action, diversity, and other applicable regulations, to coordinate job opportunities. Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges and universities as a sources for qualified applicants, and coordinate and/or travel to career fairs in all regions to promote specific divisions.
  • Ensures job descriptions are in place which identify specific skills and job requirements needed for effective recruitment. Maintain personnel files, file book inserts, maintain employee directories and subscription lists, prepare employee termination paperwork.
  • Performs backup duties for payroll. Verify hours in payroll system and adjust hours as necessary. Check the payroll to ensure all of the changes have been made and the information is correct. Monitor vacation time usage to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate yearly open enrollment of insurances by preparing necessary forms, tracking their receipt, and submitting to the HR/Payroll Specialist once received. Back up to monthly insurance billing if needed.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of human resource reports by collecting regulatory data, budgeting and other information. Maintain a variety of reports such as the monthly expense, diary systems, and other reports in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Perform employee relations duties by responding to employee inquiries and processing requests in an accurate, professional and timely manner.

Contact Center Sales Representative - Mansfield Operations Center

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processes inbound calls concerning account questions, product and service information, bank policy and various customer requests. Responds to customer phone inquiries regarding a full range of customer transactions and banking products and services.

HOURS:

  • Hours will average approximately 38.5 per week.  The normal schedule will be Monday – Wednesday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Thursday and Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm and will include working Saturdays.  This position is budgeted for 2,000 hours per year.

  • Perform a variety of operational duties by pulling and filing signature account cards, following proper procedures for safe deposit boxes, handling non-sufficient fund and collection items, balancing the ATM, monitoring video camera operations, maintaining the security checklist and various reports in an accurate and timely manner.

HOURS:

  • Hours will average approximately 25 per week and will include working Saturdays and additional hours as needed.  Will fill in for vacations and will work in other branches when the need arises.  This position is budgeted for 1,300 hours per year (700 in Ulysses and 600 in Genesee).
