In honor of Veterans Day, FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) donated 12,500 international calls through the USO Operation Phone Home so soldiers can talk with their loved ones this holiday season. Service members deployed to combat zones can use the USO's secure, private internet network and computers to communicate with loved ones back home.

David DeKay Joins FCCB to Manage Sayre Offices

David DeKay recently joined First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) to oversee their two Sayre offices located at 306 West Lockhart Street and 1778 Elmira Street. As Manager he will prepare the staff to meet the financial needs of clients, including loan and deposit services, while assimilating the community to the FCCB brand - a bank large enough to offer a wide range of competitive products and services, yet small enough to provide the personal customer service for which community banks are known.

Citizens Financial Services, Inc., holding company for First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB), was recently recognized for their 2020 performance, ranking highly in the prestigious Bank Directors Performance Scorecard. Citizens Financial Services, Inc. ranked 29th nationally and was the highest-ranking PA bank in the asset category of $1 billion to $5 billion. This is the first time in the organization's history to be named in this Scorecard. Each year, Bank Director ranks the 300 largest exchange-traded banks in the United States. The Scorecard uses five metrics related to profitability, asset quality and capital adequacy to score each bank's performance.
