Heather Sargent Appointed to Statewide Advisory Committee

Heather Sargent, Marketing & Communications Coordinator at First Citizens Community Bank in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association?s (PA Bankers) Young Professionals Advisory Committee. Sargent will serve a 3-year term, starting July 1, 2022.

For the 15th consecutive year, FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) has been recognized by American Banker as one of the top performing community banks, ranking first in the state of Pennsylvania where they are headquartered, and 55th in the nation. For this ranking, financial institutions are grouped by asset size and ranked based on three-year average return on equity from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, FCCB exceeded the $2 billion asset mark, resulting in a new peer group for comparison.

Randall E. Black Elected to PA Bankers Association Board of Directors

Black, CEO & President of Citizens Financial Services, Inc. and First Citizens Community Bank, was recently elected to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association?s Board of Directors in the role of second vice chair. As such, Black will serve on the PA Bankers? Personnel Committee and its Audit Budget and Finance Committee, as well as attend banking industry and state bankers association meetings throughout the U.S., representing the PA Bankers association at various events.
