MANSFIELD, PA (May 2023) FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) is pleased to announce the appointment of Frederick “Rick” Donegan as the new Regional Executive for the Southcentral Market.

Donegan brings over 24 years of extensive banking and managerial experience. Prior to joining FCCB, Donegan served as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager for PNC Bank in Harrisburg, PA. During his tenure, he successfully managed the overall customer experience, profitability, operational integrity, and employee development.

Donegan is set to begin at FCCB on May 1, 2023 where he will begin to apply his experience and understanding of the banking industry to our Southcentral Market.
