Kathleen Campbell Assumes Role of Project Specialist at FCCB

After more than 20 years of service at FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) Kathleen Campbell, SVP, Marketing Manager, is assuming the role of Project Specialist this September as she enters partial retirement. As such, she will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of products and procedures that will elevate the Bank’s product line and create efficiencies for its employees.

Campbell joined the FCCB team in October 2000. Prior, she spent nearly twenty years working for Keystone Financial. During her time with Keystone, she managed various divisions of Deposit Operations for Pennsylvania National Bank and later worked as a Product Management and Development Officer for the holding company.  Her targeted efforts focused on how-to strategy and customer satisfaction.

FCCB has experienced noteworthy growth during Campbells tenure. When she started, FCCB operated 10 offices and had just introduced internet banking and an online bill payment system to their customers. Through multiple acquisitions, the opening of new offices, and entry into new markets, today FCCB operates 31 offices, and will open two more by year-end, bringing the total to 33 offices with assets of $2.2 billion. This year FCCB celebrated their 150th anniversary and celebrated the uplisting of their common stock to the Nasdaq Capital Market.

“For over two decades Kathleen has always believed in First Citizens and has made tremendous contributions to our success,” commented Randall Black, CEO and President. “We have been very fortunate to have had her on our management team and are grateful for her choice to work on projects as time allows. Her years of experience are truly invaluable to us!”

Campbell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Kutztown University. She is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s School of Bank Marketing and Management.  For many years, she was an instructor for the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management, assisting in the development of individuals in the marketing field.

Outside of the Bank, Campbell has been a significant supporter of the Tioga County YMCA. She is an active board member, and previously chaired the Board for five years, starting at its inception. Not only has she served her community through her local YMCA, but Campbell also serves as a Trustee of the River Valley YMCA, which oversees 6 branches in Lycoming, Tioga, Clinton, and Bradford counties.

First Citizens Community Bank is headquartered in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. They currently operate 31 offices throughout Tioga, Bradford, Potter, Clinton, Centre, Union, Lebanon, Lancaster, Schuylkill, Berks, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania, Allegany County, New York, and New Castle and Kent Counties in Delaware.
