First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) would like to announce the addition of Carl Hackman as the new branch manager of their Mount Joy office, located at 720 East Main Street and their Fivepointville office, located inside Weaver’s Store at 1015 Dry Tavern Road in Denver. In his role as branch manager, Hackman will be responsible for the overall growth of the branches, continued development of staff, and ensuring FCCB plays an active role in the growth of the communities served by their Lancaster County locations.

Hackman brings 12 years of banking experience to the office, with a focus on the management of branch staff, customer service and sales. Most recently, he was the Branch Manager at Northwest Bank in Mount Joy, PA. He is a board member of the Mount Joy Chamber of Commerce, the treasurer of the Four Seasons at Rapho Community, and a former member of Rainbows End Youth Center in Mount Joy.

First Citizens opened the Mount Joy office in September of 2016 as part of their continued expansion into South Central Pennsylvania after acquiring The First National Bank of Fredericksburg, Lebanon County, in 2015. A second Lancaster location inside Weaver’s Store in Denver was opened in 2019. Most recently, FCCB opened a new office in Kennett Square located at 741 West Cypress Street. This location, lies between the Bank’s Lancaster County, Pennsylvania locations and their newly acquired Delaware Offices. In April, 2020 the Bank acquired MidCoast Community Bank, headquartered in Wilmington Delaware.
