First Citizens Promotes 17 Employees

MANSFIELD, PA - First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) is proud to announce the promotions of 17 employees for their dedication to their communities, their co-workers, and their company.

Abbie Pritchard to Vice President, Western Region Market Leader – Pritchard has worked for FCCB for 32 years, getting her start in their Ulysses branch. In 1999 she was promoted to Branch Manager of the Genesee office and from there she built an effective network of business and customer connections in Wellsville, NY, prompting the bank to explore opportunities for a branch in that community. In 2005, Pritchard became the manager of the Bank’s newly constructed Wellsville branch. In 1992, she was named the Bank’s Employee of the Year. As VP, Western Region Market Leader, Pritchard is responsible for managing the Bank’s Ulysses, Genesee and Wellsville locations and will lead growth initiatives in those markets. She served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Allegany County United way for eight years and is the secretary of the Allegany County SPCA.

Beth Weiskopff to Vice President, Tioga County Market Leader – Weiskopff began her 21-year career at FCCB in 2000 to work in their newly opened Wal*Mart branch. The Bank quickly recognized her talent, promoting her to a lending position at their Blossburg Office and later to the role of Manager in 2004. In 2006, Weiskopff was named Employee of the Year for her success in staff development and business growth. In her role as VP, Tioga County Market Leader, she will manage the Mansfield, Blossburg, and Wal Mart offices and be responsible for the Bank’s growth in that market. Weiskopff is an Advisory Board Member of the Tioga County YMCA, Tioga County Industrial Development Association, and participates in the Adopt A Highway program.

Jim Knapp to Vice President, Business Development Officer – Knapp joined FCCB in 2020 and brought 30 years of banking experience with him. His diversified experience in business ownership and business banking makes him an asset to the Wellsville community, where he has lived all his life. Today, he is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Allegany Chapter, Elks Lodge #1495, sits on the Board of Trustees of Alfred State College, and is a member of the Board of Directors at Jones Memorial Hospital. Jim was also the 2014 recipient of the Spirit of Wellsville Award for his many years of volunteering and giving back to the community.

Ed Sweeney to Vice President, Business Development Officer – Ed joined our Delaware Commercial Lending Team in 2020. He has 20 years of experience in business lending, and is a current member of the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council, the Philadelphia Urban Land Institute, the Philadelphia chapter of the American Meteorological Society, and the National Weather Service’s Skywarn Spotter volunteer program and served previously on the parish council at Holy Cross Church in Springfield, PA.

Kathleen Tokonitz to Assistant Vice President, Southcentral Mortgage Manager – Kathleen came to FCCB as an experienced mortgage lender with 30 years of experience in the banking field.  She personally oversees the mortgage loan process from origination to closing in the Bank’s Schuylkill, Berks, Lebanon, and Lancaster markets. She has built an effective working relationship with local realtors who have come to rely on her for quick turnaround time and for taking good care of their clients. A Schuylkill County native, Kathleen is a current member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Schuylkill County Chamber of Commerce, and the Schuylkill County Board of Realtors Association. 

The bank also promoted 7 of their Office Managers and Branch Operations Officers to Assistant Vice President.

Sabrina Bubeck to Assistant Vice President, Wellsboro Office Manager – Bubeck, who joined FCCB in 2014, has worn many hats during her tenure. Prior to her promotion, she worked in the Mansfield Branch as the Assistant Office Manager and as a Loan Processor before her promotion to Wellsboro Office Manager in 2019.  She is a member of the Wellsboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a PA Hunters Education Safety Instructor, and volunteers to help stick local trout streams through the Arnot Sportsmen’s Club.

Joy Wandell-Darrow to Assistant Vice President, Sayre Office Manager – Wandell-Darrow, who manages the Bank’s Sayre branches on Lockhart Street and Elmira Street, joined FCCB in 2020 and is well-known in the Sayre Community. She has worked in Banking and has held management positions at various businesses in the market including The Grille in Sayre, which she owns and runs with her husband. She is a member of Sayre Rotary and a worship team member at Encounter Church.

Alecia Kelsey to Assistant Vice President, Fredericksburg and Mount Aetna Office Manager – In 2020, Kelsey started to work for FCCB as the Office Manager of their Fredericksburg and Mount Aetna locations. She has 15 years of experience in banking and spends her free time volunteering at the Central PA Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, Hershey Food Bank, Children’s Miracle Network, Lebanon Heart Walk, and the Salvation Army Angel Tree program.

Travis (TJ) Howe to Assistant Vice President, Mansfield Branch Operations Officer – Howe joined FCCB in 2020 to lead their Mansfield and Wal Mart branches. He earned his BS in Marketing from Penn State and is a former PGA Golf Pro. He is also a volunteer tee-ball coach and a Member of the Advisory Council of the Tioga County YMCA. 

Kelsey Jones to Assistant Vice President, Millerton Branch Operations Officer – Jones joined the FCCB team in 2019 as a teller at their Millerton office. He is the Vice President of the Bradford County Historical Society Board, the Historian for the Chemung Valley History Museum and Historical Society Board, President of the Pennsylvania New York Australian Shepherd Club, and volunteers at his local food bank. He is the creator of Leadership Tioga and Leadership Schuyler programs, which were designed to assist, educate, inform, and empower participants. The goal is to develop individuals for future leadership roles in those respective counties.

Ariana Torres to Assistant Vice President, Kennett Square Branch Operations Officer – Torres started working for FCCB when they opened their Kennett Square office in 2020. She brought 6 years of banking and customer service experience to the office. For over ten years, Ariana has been a team organizer for the Great Strides Cystic Fibrosis Walk and also volunteers at the Read2Dream Community Literacy Event.

Lori Faller to Assistant Vice President, Schuylkill Haven Branch Operations Officer – Faller became a part of the FCCB team when they acquired the First National Bank of Fredericksburg in 2015. In 2017, she was promoted to a new accounts position in the Fredericksburg office, then promoted again in similar roles in 2018 and 2020. Lori has 24 years of banking experience.

Heather Deitrick to Blossburg Branch Operations Officer – In 2008, Deitrick started working for FCCB as a teller in their Troy office. The following year, she transferred to the Mansfield office learning new accounts, and then eventually moved into a lending role in the office. In 2019, Deitrick moved to the Blossburg office where she continues to lend and manage the office operations.

Andrew Raub to Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Sales Associate – Raub joined FCCB in 2020 and brought 10 years of sales and customer service experience to the FCCB Cash Management team serving their South Central market. He is actively involved in the Special Olympics and his local sportsmen’s club.

Ian Weaver to Assistant Vice President, Jr. Business Development Officer – In 2020, Weaver began as an intern with the Bank’s Ag Banking Team during his senior year at Penn State University where he studied Ag Business Management and Agronomy. After graduation, he permanently joined the Ag banking team. Weaver is an 8th generation poultry farmer who still helps out when he can on his family farm. In his spare time, Weaver helps coach baseball at his local high school.

Jennifer Greenawalt to Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst – Greenawalt started working for the Bank in 2016 as a Senior Credit Analyst and a key member of their Ag Banking Team.

Joseph Santacroce to Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst – Joe brought more than 20 years of experience in banking when he joined FCCB in early 2021. He is a member of RMA of South Central, PA, and also part of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Santacroce is RMA Credit Risk Certified and graduated with his MBA from Shippensburg University.
