MANSFIELD, PA (September 2020) First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) recently added Andrew Raub, a Cash Management specialist, to their South Central PA Business Banking Team. As Cash Management Specialist. Raub will assist businesses in improving their cash flow, operational efficiencies, and sales. 

According to the Small Business Administration, insufficient capital is a key factor for struggling businesses and Raub is determined to ensure businesses in his market understand their options. “Many businesses are so focused on the day to day operations that they miss opportunities to put their cash to work for them,” commented Raub. “Cash Management serves are designed to help business owners operate a smarter, stronger business, and I’m honored to play a role in that.” 

Raub’s role also involves ensuring businesses understand the convenience and fraud tools available to make their operation more efficient and safer. These tools are especially important during a time when the economy is shrinking and so are the size of small business staffs. 

Raub brings over 10 years of sales and customer service experience to the FCCB team. He is actively involved in the Special Olympics and his local sportsmen’s club.
