MANSFIELD, PA – First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) has appointed Larry Allison, Jr. to its Central Regional Board of Directors. Allison is a familiar face in the local business community, bringing over 30 years of hands-on leadership and a deep-rooted commitment to the regions the bank serves.

Allison currently serves as President of Allison Crane, a role he has held for the last 12 years. His career is a true "ground-up" success story; he started with the company in 1988 as a laborer. By working his way through every level of the business, Allison gained an unmatched understanding of the construction and industrial sectors before taking the helm as an executive.

His experience in the region plus being a lifelong resident in Lycoming County will provide invaluable insight and vision for FCCB as we continue to bring community banking to the region," said Randall Black, President and CEO. A Lycoming College graduate with a degree in Economics, Allison is a firm believer in giving back to the community that helped him succeed. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Lycoming College and is an active member of the Penn College Foundation, the Associated Builders and Contractors Safety Committee, and the Lycoming County Planning Commission.
