FCCB Supports $4.78 Million in Home4Good Grants to Aid Housing Stability

(Mansfield, PA) - First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) is proud to announce its continued support of the Home4Good program, a flexible grant initiative led by FHLBank Pittsburgh that helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their homes. This year, $4.78 million in Home4Good funding was awarded to community service organizations throughout FCCB’s footprint.
"We are committed to making a difference in the communities we serve, and supporting the Home4Good program allows us to help those in need find and maintain safe, affordable housing," said James Rovito, Community Reinvestment & Fair Lending Officer at FCCB. "These funds will directly impact local organizations working to address housing challenges and improve lives."
FCCB’s support helped distribute grants across various regions:
- Philadelphia: $1.71M
- Delaware: $1.45M
- Eastern PA: $604K
- Northern/Western PA: $481K
- Montgomery PA: $154K
- Lancaster PA: $119K
- Chester PA: $105K
- Berks PA: $87K
- Bucks PA: $71K
The Home4Good program is funded by FHLBank Pittsburgh in partnership with the Delaware State Housing Authority, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and the West Virginia Housing Development Fund. In 2024, a total of $8.447 million was awarded across 95 projects in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
