Carpino brings over 20 years of experience working with business owners and prospects with a focus on sales, client development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining FCCB, Carpino served as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager for Univest Bank in Doylestown, PA. During his tenure, he successfully developed, managed, and expanded business relationships by offering a full range of loans, deposits, and cash management solutions.

In his role with FCCB, Carpino will develop client relationships through active engagement with local businesses, represent the bank at key events, provide feedback to business owners about ways to refine their strategies, and deliver the customized financial solutions for which FCCB has become known.
