MANSFIELD, PA (December 2023) FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) is pleased to announce the addition of Stacie Warner as a new Relationship Manager in their Delaware Market.

Warner brings nearly 20 years of extensive agricultural experience to the FCCB team. Prior, Warner served as an Ag Relationship Manager at Horizon Farm Credit, ACA. During her tenure, she significantly increased portfolio growth, established and maintained connections with industry centers of influence, and identified key contributors for future growth potential.

In addition to her professional achievements, Warner is a 4H Project Leader, LEADelaware Alumni, a member of Georgetown Historical Society, and both a Board Member and Youth Group Leader of Providence Community Church.
