MANSFIELD, PA (November 2023) FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) is pleased to announce the addition of Weslee “Wes" Delker as the new Office Manager of their Williamsport and Mill Hall branches. In his new role, Delker will oversee operations and business activities in the Williamsport and Mill Hall markets, while working with his staff to ensure the financial needs of those in the community are met.

Delker brings over 15 years of extensive banking and managerial experience. Prior to joining FCCB, Delker served as Branch Manager for PNC Bank in Williamsport, PA. During his tenure, he supported team and individual performance, increased business relationships and sales, and provided ongoing customer support while maintaining overall customer experience. Delker will begin his work at the FCCB Mill Hall branch until the opening of the Bank’s new Williamsport branch.
