Heather Sargent Honored as Future Under 40 Award Winner

MANSFIELD, PA (September 2023) Heather Sargent, AVP, Marketing Manager, of FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) was announced as a winner of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PA Bankers’) Future Under 40 Awards.
The Future Under 40 Awards honor banking industry leaders, aged 40 years and younger, who have made a tremendous impact on their institution, the community and the industry.
As Marketing Manager, Sargent is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote FCCB’s services, products, and brand within the markets we serve. Heather has been with FCCB since 2013.
