05/04/2021

MANSFIELD, PA (May 2021) - The best Business Bankers think of themselves as a partner in their customer’s operation, understanding the financial strengths and goals of the business so they can more effectively offer solutions that meet their specific needs. Oscar Orozco, who has nearly 20 years of banking experience, is that kind of banker and has recently joined the First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) Business Team in Southern Pennsylvania.

In his new role at FCCB, Orozco will be responsible for working with small businesses in Lancaster and Lebanon County to provide funding for expansion and other growth-related opportunities. In addition, he will assist FCCB with their outreach to the Hispanic communities, working with residents to secure mortgages to make homeownership a reality.

Prior to joining FCCB, Orozco worked for Fulton Bank as a Financial Center Manager and at BB&T as a Market Leader. Throughout his banking career, Orozco was consistently recognized as a top performer. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is a member of the Multicultural Committee of Central PA.  Orozco graduated from Millersville University with a degree in International Business.

“Oscar’s diversified experience brings great value to our region,” said Lauren Mariani, VP, Market Regional Manager. “He understands the market and shares our mission of building better communities. We’re excited for him to join our team.”
