Howe and Jones Take Leadership Roles at FCCB

MANSFIELD, PA (October 2020) First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) recently named two new managers to their branch office network. TJ Howe will lead their Mansfield and Wal*Mart branches, and Kelsey Jones was promoted to the role of Manager at the FCCB Millerton branch. Howe and Jones will be responsible for overall branch growth, service quality, staff development, and coaching. In addition, both will provide consumer and home equity loans to local residents.

Howe graduated from PSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He is a former PGA Golf Pro and most recently worked as the Assistant Golf Coach at Penn State University. In that role, he was responsible for evaluating the skill level of student golf athletes and helping them make the most of their strengths while implementing tactics to overcome their weaknesses.

Jones, who joined FCCB in 2019, has a Bachelor’s Degree from Elmira College, studied Trust & Estate Administration at the New York State Bankers Association, and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma. He is the Vice President of the Bradford County Historical Society Board, the Historian for the Chemung Valley History Museum and Historical Society Board, President of the Pennsylvania New York Australian Shepherd Club, and volunteers at his local food bank. He is the creator of Leadership Tioga and Leadership Schuyler programs, which were designed to assist, educate, inform, and empower participants. The goal is to develop individuals for future leadership roles in those respective counties.
