Mansfield, PA (December 2024) – This year, First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) donated $450,000 to support education and community development through Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. These contributions help fund innovative educational programs, scholarships, and community initiatives that make a meaningful impact across the regions they serve.
