Bob joined First Citizens in 2010 as a Trust Business Development Officer for Bradford County, and due to his experience with the oil and gas industry as a landowner and a financial advisor, was quickly promoted to the position of Director of Oil and Gas Management. Bob's farming background combined with his extensive experience in insurance and investment account management helps those receiving benefits from the natural energy industry make the most of their income opportunities and achieve their financial goals. Bob Williams has dedicated himself to understanding the issues presented by natural gas development, and he is passionate about helping local mineral owners protect their interests which is why in 2013, he completed the requirements for certification as a Mineral Manager at the professional level.


Before joining First Citizens, Bob was a Financial Consultant for Gannon Associates for nine years. He also has experience as a registered investment representative for Charles Schwab, and was a Munitions Inspector for the US Air Force.


Bob received his MBA in Finance from Western International University, and is a graduate of Slippery Rock University, where he studied Sports / Recreation Management and Business Administration. He was born and raised on the family farm in Troy, PA and returned to the area after serving in the US Air Force. Bob resides in Troy with his wife, Micki, their son, Nicholas, and daughter Taylor.

Jamie Crawford, AVP

Jamie Crawford joined First Citizens Community Bank in January 2014 as the Insurance Services Manager and also assists with the Mineral Management program. Jamie has dedicated herself to understanding the issues presented by the natural gas development and she is passionate about helping local mineral owners protect their interests.


She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Management with an emphasis in Finance from Binghamton University. Jamie holds her Life and Health Insurance license along with investment licenses. She is a member of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO) and is a Certified Mineral Manager.


Prior to joining First Citizens, Jamie worked at AgChoice Farm Credit as a lender and later as a Financial Advisor. She helped to create the Mineral Management program at AgChoice and worked with landowners to resolve issues related to their royalty statements and mineral ownership.


Jamie was born and raised on her family's dairy farm in Bradford County and currently resides in Owego, NY.
