Scholarship Opportunities

First Citizens Community Bank cares about our students and knows they are the foundation of our future. That's why we award three annual scholarships to eligible students in our community.

One scholarship is awarded to a Mansfield University student who resides within our community. Preference will be given to students who are customers of First Citizens or whose family members are customers.

The second scholarship will be awarded to an employee, a local board member, or a dependent of an employee or local board member. Both scholarships require academic excellence and community service member; Mansfield University Foundation will administer the scholarship selection and awards.

The third scholarship awards $1,000 to a student who will, after high school graduation, continue their education in an agricultural-related field.

"Our vision statement, communicated to shareholders in the Annual Report each year, speaks about our commitment to our employees and to good citizenship," stated Randall E. Black, CEO and President of First Citizens. "These scholarships demonstrate our intent to fulfill this commitment, to assist employees in accomplishing their personal growth goals and to make our communities a better place to live, work and play."
