Dave brought 29 years of Ag Banking experience when he joined First Citizens in 2009. He was raised on his family farm and graduated with a BS in Agricultural Business Management from Penn State University.

Erin grew up on her family farm in upstate NY. She and her husband continue to farm today. Erin earned her BS in Animal Science from Cornell University and an AAS in Agricultural Business from SUNY Cobleskill. She has been an Ag Banker for over 12 years and is a member of the Bradford County Dairy Promotion Board.

Dwight has 30 years experience as a farmer and has been a successful Ag Banker since 2003. He is also co-owner of a small retail business providing him direct insight into the needs of farmers and small businesses.

Sean has over 30 years of experience in dairy, swine, beef and poultry production. He is a graduate of Cornell University Northeast School of Agricultural Lending.

Jeff earned his BS in Dairy & Animal Science and Production Management from Penn State University. He has served the Agricultural community for over 18 years, is involved in many Ag related organizations and currently owns Blue Spruce Suffolks.

Jason served the Ag community for over 11 years in a variety of areas within the industry, including Lending. He is working towards his BS in Business Management at Elizabethtown College.

Blaine earned his BS in Agronomy from Penn State University. Blaine retired from the US Army Reserves after 30 years and a tour in Iraq where he was awarded the Bronze Star.
