Corporate Governance

The Corporate Governance section contains the Guidelines, Code of Ethics, and Committee Charters for Citizens Financial Services and First Citizens National Bank. These corporate governance documents are established by the Board of Directors to provide the framework for the governance of the company. The documents are reviewed annually.
