Your Bank, Our History
On June 11, 2007, we celebrated our 75th year as First Citizens National Bank, a milestone we're very proud of as we not only celebrated our longevity, but financial strength, independence and performance.
Our roots go back to 1872 when Andrew Ross and Philip Williams opened the first bank in Mansfield, the Ross and Williams Bank. After numerous mergers and acquisitions, we've grown to over $675 million in assets and are operating 17 offices throughout Tioga, Bradford and Potter counties in Pennsylvania and have entered New York State with our office in Wellsville.
A simple philosophy can lead a company to great rewards. Treat your customers, your employees and your communities with respect and you will earn their loyalty. Our strategy has never been about selling products but instead about finding ways to help make life more rewarding for our customers. We have been, and remain committed to helping our communities thrive by dedicating time and money, knowledge and skills, to organizations and activities that impact our economy and social vitality.
At First Citizens National Bank, we continue to make your success and the success of our communities our mission!
